Fourth, the actual designing begins, where floor plans are drawn, materials picked, and other various aspects of architecture are put together. Fifth, permit drawings are used to apply for a construction permit. Sixth, more interview are conducted, but for contractors. Seventh, construction begins, monitored by the architects and client.
